REIKI CLASSES

I began practicing Reiki in 2010. A year later in 2011, I became a Master Reiki Teacher. I am certified to teach both Reiki I and Reiki II classes and find joy in teaching the healing power of Reiki.

How does it work?

What to expect

Reiki I and II are taught together during a weekend intensive.

Students can expect to:

Give and receive a complete Reiki treatment

​

Practice using all Level II symbols 

Learn to use all hand positions

Learn distant healing and Japanese Techniques

All the information and techniques for both levels are covered, including:​​​​​​​

Distant healing

Japanese Reiki Techniques as taught by Dr. Usui:

Giving a complete Reiki treatment for self & others

Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits

Using Reiki for specific conditions

Reiki hand positions

Gassho meditation & Reiji-ho: develop your intuition

Byosen Scanning:

detect where Reiki is needed

Gyoshi ho: send Reiki with the eyes

Reiki II symols & how to use them with practice time

A 192-page class manual

Hayashi Healing Guide

Kenyoku: dry bathing or clearing one's energy field

Certificate of class completion

We strongly recommend that you continue to practice Reiki after the class has finished. Please set aside additional time (we recommend one evening per week) to practice. You should practice with one or more classmates from your class or from Reiki circles, or with family members/friends.
